Angmering Raceway (www.ovalraceclub.co.uk) invites all SEGTO and STAR registered Junior Drivers to join them in showcasing future oval racing talent at the 2009 British Junior Championship on Sunday, March 8th. All Junior formulas, up to 1,000cc, are invited to what promises to be an exciting and challenging day’s racing at Sussex’s only banked oval raceway.
In addition to holding the relevant SEGTO/STAR licence, drivers must ensure that their cars are fitted with a full and efficient exhaust system to compete.
Angmering is located just off the M27 onto A280, between Worthing and Angmering. The gates open at 8am, with racing commencing at 11.30am. Adult admission is £10 kids, 10-14, £5, with kids under ten free. Senior Citizens, disabled and Students (with valid student cards) can also enjoy a days racing for just £5. Angmering also offers free parking on hard core surfaces, ensuring that the worst Mother Nature can deliver will not turn the car parking areas into a mud bath.
